Dr. Yuqing Li is an orthopedic surgeon at the Department of Orthopedics, Hunan Children‘s Hospital (The Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University). She received her Ph.D. from Tohoku University in Japan as a China Scholarship Council (CSC) fellow in 2023. After graduation, she joined Hunan Children‘s Hospital, specializing in pediatric trauma and corrective orthopedics. Dr. Li has led and participated in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Provincial Natural Science Foundation. She has extensive experience in various animal models of orthopedic trauma, skeletal muscle injury and repair, and refinement of surgical techniques for pediatric trauma orthopedics. She has published numerous SCI papers as first author and co-author, with a total impact factor exceeding 47.
